Official opening of the Place des Festivals
The Quartier des spectacles Partnership, the City of Montreal and the Government of Quebec wants you to meet up at the Place des Festivals tonight. For the official opening, this major new public space will become a theatre for the GRAND BAISER, a public event that will bring together citizens and artists.
