Until June 4, Place de la Paix (just south of the Society for Arts and Technology, the SAT) is home to a shipping container that brings an open-air food experience to life. It's the first event for FoodLab (the culinary branch of the SAT), a marriage between the lively and the culinary arts. For four nights, chefs will cook up a dish made with local ingredients, to the sound of guest DJs from MUTEK. Check out this video (only in French) to learn more:
