The “Célébration Classique All’Italiana“ will feature Canadian and international professional dancers in a classical ballet performance to divers Italian arias.
Founded by Guiseppe Canale, an Italian-born talent agent and former professional dancer, GCDANCEVENTS is an international dance agency representing renowned professional dancers worldwide.
The dancers:
- Born in Russia, Jurgita Dronina grew up in Lithuania and completed her training in Munich, Germany. Jurgita is a laureate of many international ballet competitions, including the Helsinki and Moscow International Ballet Competition.
- Harrison James, born in 1991 and originally from the Kapiti Coast of New Zealand, is currently a principal dancer with the National Ballet of Canada. After undergoing advanced training at the New Zealand School of Dance and at the San Francisco Ballet School’s Trainee Program, James has performed in cultural epicenters around the world including Paris, London, Moscow, New York, Tokyo, Hamburg, and, of course, Toronto.
