Room rentals in the esplanade tranquille pavilion

Esplanade Tranquille, a new plaza in the Quartier des Spectacles, is a versatile all-ages space that hosts the public and events year-round. In addition to cultural programming in the Grand Salon and the Repaire and on the large terrasse and refrigerated skating rink, two multipurpose rooms are available to rent inside the pavilion.

The Esplanade Tranquille rental spaces offer modern, well-lit designs and cutting-edge equipment for conferences, round tables and every type of corporate and private event.

TWO ROOMS AVAILABLE TO RENT

Le Réfectoire

This room features a panoramic view of the esplanade. With a removable bar and fully equipped kitchen, it is ideal for cultural, private and company events. Its capacity is 80 guests in reception mode, or 60 in its dining room configuration. The main space has an area of 126 m² (1356 sq. ft.).

L’Arrière-scène

This room can be used as a workspace for production teams, artists’ dressing room, conference room or space for school groups. Its capacity is approximately 115 people depending on the configuration. The main space has an area of 151 m² (1625 sq. ft.).

DISCOUNTED RATES FOR non-profits, festivals and school groups

The rooms can be rented by the half day, full day or week. Rates are variable, with discounts of 35-50% for non-profits, festivals and school groups. Contact us for the rates that best match your situation.

HOW TO RENT A ROOM?

Rental procedures and prices for each room are available on request. The Quartier des Spectacles Partnership’s team will be pleased to work with you and guide you through the process.

Please note that festivals, which are most active from mid-May to mid-September, are given priority for rental of these spaces.

These room rentals are subject to the building loan contract (in French).
