Les Refuges du Bivouac

This winter, Les Refuges du Bivouac returns with a new immersive experience that will run until March 2026. Guests are invited to enjoy a completely new experience, where fine dining and sensory immersion come together under the Bivouac's iconic heated domes. This year, each dome becomes a true experiential space where light, nature, and gastronomy interact to awaken all the senses. The auroras of the boreal forests come to life under the sparkling bubbles, offering a magical and ephemeral spectacle to be savored intensely.
