Notice to residents and workers in Quartier des Spectacles: yul eat
September 14 to 16, 2018
Le Festival YUL EAT is the destination of choice for epicureans, gourmets and culinary art lovers. It offers a spectactular setting to discover and enjoy food as well as alcohol prepared by local talents, making Montreal a gourmet epicentre.
With its success and presenting the city as a major player in the gastronomic scene, the festival invites its participants to meet with chefs and artisans, thus enhancing their experience. Le Festival YUL EAT is proud to celebrate 5 years of gathering of culinary arts lovers and local cuisine, with a new concept that will delight gourmets.
STREET CLOSINGS
In order to proceed with the development/layout of the site, the smoot running of operations, and provide festival-goers with a festive and safe experience, automobile/vehicular traffic will have to be interrupted on certain streets from September 11 to September 18.
- Place du Marché Street (between St-Laurent and St-Dominique)
- Juliette-Béliveau Street (between St-Laurent and St-Dominique)
SETUP AND TEARDOWN
Setup will take place :
- September 11 from 8 am to 5 pm
- September 12 and 13 from 8 am to 9 pm
- September 14 from 8 am to 4 pm
Teardown will take place :

September 16 from 6 pm to 9 pm

September 17 from 8 am to 9 pm

September 18 8 am to 5 pm
SOUND CHECKS
In order to present high-quality shows, the team will perform sound checks:
- September 13 between noon and 5 pm
- September 14 between 9 am and noon
OUTDOOR SITE SCHEDULE
Activities will be held between September 14 and September 16.
