For the 21st edition of Montréal Nuit blanche, the MAC is offering two energizing activities at its current outpost at Place Ville Marie.
Don’t miss the opportunity to discover the unforgettable exhibition "Velvet Terrorism: Pussy Riot’s Russia." Interested in getting creative? Express your imagination during a workshop for young and old, inspired by Anna Binta Diallo’s mural commissioned especially for the MAC. All activities during Nuit blanche at the MAC are free.
- From 6 p.m. to 11 p.m.:
Creative workshop for all: Human Silhouettes
After getting a chance to explore the mural made by Senegal-born Canadian artist Anna Binta Diallo, you will create colourful characters that take shape through a combination of fragments of images from the past and present. Limited capacity: First come, first served.
- From 6 p.m. to 1 a.m.:
Discover exhibitions "Velvet Terrorism: Pussy Riot’s Russia" and the mural by Anna Binta Diallo: "Fluid fossils," 2023.
To enhance your visit, the Museum’s art mediation team will be present to discuss the artworks of display and answer your questions. Don’t hesitate to start a conversation with us!
