Literary festivals, book fairs, international travel, meetings with authors in bookshops: more than ever, the places where to promote literature must deal with a changing reality. Between the reluctance of some to travel for ecological reasons, the public’s use of in-person and digital formats, security issues, and even the vagaries of the political situation in some countries, book festivals must reinvent themselves.
