A SOUND-AND-LIGHT INSTALLATION
This immersive installation invites you to explore a magical space and ambiance. While original music plays, visit seven inflated spheres that reveal, through shadows and light, iconic images and stories inspired by the culture of the Quartier des Spectacles. Feel the excitement of a big outdoor show with an enchanting dreamy quality – from the perspective of the audience, the performers or even the technicians.
Let yourself be captivated by one or another of the animated bubbles: the majestic main sphere is 21 feet (6.4 metres) across and features a video projection that brings silhouettes hidden inside to life. Two of the other spheres tell stories in the form of shadow plays, and the last three complete the experience with a dazzling shadow-and-light show.
A colourful, magical experience full of light.

This year’s Luminothérapie experience will be a series of luminous, auditory, participatory and thought-provoking experiences throughout the Quartier. Visitors will be able to explore ten installations by local creatives, to be added incrementally until mid-March. The result will be a dazzling series of sound and light experiences along Sainte-Catherine St.
