Celebrating 35 years of friendship and collaboration between the Offices jeunesse internationaux du Québec and le Bureau International Jeunesse de Bruxelles, INIS proposes a discussion on the formative effects of the Portraits croisés exchange program, within the framework of which 15 short documentaries were produced by students from INIS, IAD and INSAS.
