With Yusa and special guests
Created in the 1950s in New Orleans, the Preservation Hall has been home to nearly 70 years of playing music and welcoming geniuses of generous jazz in their space. PHJB thrive to share and enrich the repertoire and musical and human culture of this region year after year. After worldwide tours and venues at festivals such as Coachella or the Newport Folk Festival, the current seven members of the Preservation Hall Jazz Band keep playing their original works inspired by Afro-Cuban cultures, always returning to traditional sounds and towards a desire to go forward alongside contemporary artists such as Stevie Wonder, Elvis Costello and the Grateful Dead, My Morning Jacket, or Arcade Fire and the Black Keys.
