DJ Bonbon Kojak

This globetrotting musician, originally from Congo, discovered the electronic music of South Africa before he started spinning records in Montreal. A member of the Moonshine collective, which hosts some of the city’s hottest parties, he’s also known for his solo festival performances.

Kae Sun

This singer and producer, whose influences range from Afrobeat and contemporary R&B to indie folk, has just released his third album, Whoever Comes Knocking. Here’s your chance to discover the fine voice and precise beats of a prolific artist who hails from Accra, Ghana, as well as the work of the Moonshine Collective.

DJ Pierre Kwenders

This multitalented, multilingual artist finds inspiration everywhere from Congolese rhumba to African indie. He burst onto the scene in 2014 with his debut album, Le dernier empereur bantou, and he’s just released the follow-up, Makanda, a complex work that reflects the diverse tapestry of modern Africa.
