Starting on Wednesday, April 25th, CIRCA Art actuel launches the celebrations of its 30th anniversary at the Maison de la culture Frontenac.

For this exhibition, the works of 14 artists (sculpture, installation, photography, video) address the notion of fire as an allegory of technical civilization. They are the traces of what remains as a profession, as a technique, if not as a factor of industrial progress. And since the French language offers a multitude of images about it, some of which come from desire, feu is also an extraordinary metaphor to evoke the passion of creation.
