WILLIS PRIDE AND HALF NELSON

The group is composed of Willis Pride on vocals and keys, Francois O’Sullivan on Guitar and Maxime Philippe on drums. We started playing together 7 years ago in high school and all pursued university studies in music. In the last year we have reunited our forces in montreal and have been playing in the local scene as well as out of town. We have also added to our formation in 2013 Sebastien Boucher on guitar as well as Etienne Dextraze on bass. Our sound draws from various musical styles including Soul, Jazz, Classical, Funk and Rock. Each member of the band brings their own colour and background to help provide a unique sound experience. We are all active musicians in the community, and through our communal experiences we gain knowledge and experience that we do not hesitate to bring to our group. Our continuous evolving style and expanding repertoire is a testament to the motivation we have to better our music.
