BILLY GEORGETTE

While in his teens, Billy Georgette used the pseudonym Billy Marlin and played with Wimp Henstridge. After completing high school at Sir Georges Williams College, Billy studied liberal arts at the college for 4 years while working with the Buddy Jordan Band from 1956 to 1958. From 1959 to 1962, Billy lived in Los Angeles where he worked with a lot of renowned musicians.

Billy Georgette performs at the House of jazz every week and brings us back to the fifties with the members of the Paradise Band who used to play to the legendary club Rockhead’s Paradise
