View of the video projection "Woli kpotenom – purification," presented on the façade of UQAM’s Pavillon Président-Kennedy

Through evocative imagery, this video projection reveals the strength of the land and its people. It examines the profound, almost spiritual ties between a city, its people, and the desire to renew themselves. Montréal appears as a vibrant, ever-changing organism, shaped by memory, presence, and hope in a process of purification.

A video projection presented as part of YAWENDA’: an exhibition celebrating 40 years of Francophone Indigenous theatre in Quebec. A co-production of Ondinnok and the Quartier des Spectacles Partnership in collaboration with the National Film Board of Canada.
