Cooking Workshop: From Rooftop to Table

Join a convivial cooking workshop presented by Quartier des spectacles and AU/LAB in collaboration with Super Boat People, a Montreal collective made up of people from Cambodian, Laotian and Vietnamese communities. Through urban agriculture, cuisine and cultural exchange, the collective celebrates the flavours and traditions of Southeast Asia.

During the workshop, participants will be invited to assemble their own fresh spring rolls, accompanied by a cucumber salad made with herbs grown on the rooftop of Esplanade Tranquille.

Ingredients are prepared in advance to foster a participatory, accessible experience that encourages cultural exchange.
