A one-of-a-kind winter experience in the world
The ice rink at Esplanade Tranquille is the only one worldwide to offer an interactive video projection directly on the ice of a free outdoor rink, placing the public at the heart of the action. A luminous, artistic, and participatory experience, where skaters generate visual reactions beneath their blades.
Three worlds to explore on skates
Each of the three 30-minute scenes depicts a distinct and playful universe:
- Autoroute Zéro-Gravité, a floating track with soaring elements;
- Monde néon, made up of shapes and colors evoking the aesthetics of pinball machines;
- Le sol est en lave !, a volcanic universe with a tropical atmosphere. The more skaters move on the ice, the more elements and surprises appear and multiply. The artwork evolves in sync with the audience, their paths, and momentum, creating wonder and delight.
