Carte blanche

Spanning three consecutive summer seasons, the Partnership's Carte Blanche series is part of the pedestrianization of Sainte-Catherine Street West. Each summer, an artist from the local scene will be invited to design the public space according to their artistic vision and aspirations. Through this initiative, the Partnership aims to encourage contemporary creation and foster a renewed dialogue between art, citizens, and the urban environment, while supporting the transformation of the downtown area into a more welcoming, lively, and creative place.
