Another day

Garance's personal and professional life is in chaos: a crippling alcoholism is slowly suffocating the promising actress.

In the midst of the storm, her devotion to her ailing younger sister and a budding romance become her only lifelines, giving her the strength to embark on the difficult path toward reclaiming her life.

Presented in competition at the Cannes Film Festival, Garance is a deeply human film by Jeanne Herry (All Your Faces), who casts an honest and empathetic gaze on her protagonist and those around her. Adèle Exarchopoulos (Beating Hearts) sets the role ablaze, lending the character her exceptional wit and verve.
