An interactive installation that responds to people’s movements and gestures. Using laser-based touch interaction, members of the public generate blooming digital flowers that create a sound composition that changes based on user action.

Built as a parametric sound and visual architecture approach, the installation is presented as a system with a highly randomized process of creation in which each interaction is unique and inimitable.

Montreal-based digital artist Mathieu Le Sourd (Maotik) takes an approach focusing on the creation of immersive multimedia environments and systems for generating images in real time. His works have been exhibited at several recent festivals around the world.
