The setting for the lighting of the first “electric candle” in Canada, Montreal's only entirely baroque church houses the oldest operating performance hall in Quebec. This highly symbolic venue is about to come out of the shadows.

The Quartier des spectacles and the Gesù, in collaboration with Design Montréal of Ville de Montréal, invite creators to submit their ideas for architectural and scenographic lighting that express this building’s living heritage.
