Orphée 21 is made up of layers of images, words, and text that plunge viewers into a multi-screen sound and video experience. Both tactful and serious, Christian Lapointe’s installation speaks to us of the experience of imminent death and a return to life in an astonishing contemporary rereading of the famous myth.
