Gwenessa Lam’s ghostly paintings and drawings investigate the intersection between perception, memory, and representation of place. Matilda Aslizadeh explores narrative structures through a hybrid approach that combines video, photography and animation.
Edge State, co-presented by the two artists, revisits the concepts of borders, walls and defensive structures with a circular video installation and a series large-scale drawings.
