Thierry-Maxime Loriot curated the exhibition The Fashion World of Jean Paul Gaultier. From the Sidewalk to the Catwalk. Prior to joining the Montreal Museum of Fine Arts team on special fashion projects, Loriot was a model for more than ten years, who walked fashion shows in New York, Milan and Paris and worked with leading photographers like Mario Testino, Peter Lindbergh and Ellen von Unwerth doing advertising campaigns for Giorgio Armani, Lanvin, Zegna, H&M and Burberry. His extensive knowledge of the international fashion scene led Nathalie Bondil, the MMFA Director to invite him to curate the exhibition The Fashion World of Jean Paul Gaultier. Loriot also wrote the exhibition catalogue that just been awarded the Grand Prix du Livre de la Mode in Paris.
