EMPOWERED EXPRESSIONS: THE OPEN MIC

The “Empowered Expressions” event is an evening of entertainment, empowerment and celebration of black trans musicians. The event will start off with an open mic session, open to everyone who wants to showcase their talents and share their stories with the audience.

After the open mic, the event will transition into a live music and dance party, with performances from some of the best Black Trans musicians in the area. Guests will have the opportunity to dance the night away and show their support for this important and often underrepresented community.

With a mix of open mic, live music and dance, there will be something for everyone and a true celebration of Black Trans musicians and their contributions to the music industry. Featured artists include Blxck Cxsper, Big Sissy, and Apollin.
