FROM STAGE TO HEARTS

Code Life’s non profit organisation Code Hands & Hearts, will be spending a night at Improv! Join us for an exciting night with EXTREMELY talented improvisers from Theater Ste Catherine and Theater Montreal Improv as they unite to bring to you a night of entertainment for an AMAZING cause.

The cause!
Code Life returns to South Africa to volunteer at Baby Hope House in Pinetown, a home for abandoned babies. Last year’s mission was so successful, we are returning! With the money we had raised we purchased much needed supplies, in addition trained 25 individuals with Heart and Strokes Foundation life saving techniques to protect the children. Our objective is to equip current as well as supporting staff, and future families, with the skill-set and knowledge to manage their newly adopted baby in case of an emergency. We will do so by teaching a first aid session, designed by Code Life, which combines both the Heart and Stroke Foundation’s CPR, choking, Anaphylaxis and First Aid for infants, and children, in conjunction of our nursing knowledge. The course is a revision of the already existing Family-Infant course to ensure it is culturally appropriate. Our aim is to make this project self-sustainable.Help us achieve our goal!
