My name is Avery and I'm a songwriter from Toronto, Canada.

I like to call my genre Soft Soul, and though I know it's cliche, I'm often told I have the "voice of an angel." My sound has been compared to Norah Jones & Stevie Nicks (though I wish I sounded more like Johnny Cash).

Songs began pouring out of me within days of picking up my first guitar, and now, here we are (rhymed...see?)

My goal as a songwriter is to connect with my audience by writing and singing honestly. It's what I absolutely love to do.

But, at the end of the day, I'm really just a fan girl.
