Julie Simard and Guillaume Jetté join the Quartier des Spectacles Partnership management team

Montreal, November 21, 2022 – The Quartier des Spectacles Partnership has enhanced its management team with the hiring of Julie Simard as director of human resources and organizational development and Guillaume Jetté as director of finance and administration. Mr. Jetté replaces Suzanne Raynault, who retired after 13 years with the Partnership. We thank Ms. Raynault for her exceptional work, commitment and professionalism throughout her time with us.

With more than 11 years of experience, Julie Simard has worked for Cirque du Soleil and Newad in talent management, among others. She is deeply committed to the human element and team composition, and has extensive experience in organizational development and change management in fast-moving creative environments. Ms. Simard is a member of Quebec’s order of certified human resources professionals, the Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines agréés.

An accountant by training and an HEC Montréal graduate, Guillaume Jetté CPA joins the Partnership after ten years in the telecommunications industry. In addition to his expertise in financial management and strategic business planning, he has completed major administrative and technological review projects.

The Partnership has also reorganized roles in the programming department in order to better manage the diverse projects initiated and supported by the Partnership, as well as to facilitate the implementation of the organization’s new strategic plan. Émilie Chabot becomes programming director while remaining development director. Catherine Girard-Lantagne is now artistic director for the organization’s original productions in addition to supervising special creative projects. Shantal Bourdelais joins Ms. Chabot’s team as head of programming.

The Partnership's management team is completed by Marc Randoll, executive director and Maripierre D'Amour, director of communications, marketing and public affairs. Éric Lefebvre is the general director of the Quartier des Spectacles Partnership.

ABOUT THE QUARTIER DES SPECTACLES PARTNERSHIP

The Quartier des Spectacles Partnership, founded in 2003, is a non-profit organization with more than 85 members active in the district. It is responsible for animating the Quartier des Spectacles by programming cultural activities, managing and animating public spaces, providing distinctive illumination and promoting the Quartier as a must-visit cultural destination. The Partnership benefits from the support of the Ville de Montréal.
