Les Habitations Jeanne-Mance, located in the heart of downtown Montreal, were Quebec’s first and largest urban renewal project. In all, it took eight years to build the complex. Since opening, the Habitations Jeanne-Mance have been a model of modernity: organized in five residential clusters, the site has five towers, 14 low-rise apartment buildings and 50 townhouses.
