Notice to residents and workers in Quartier des Spectacles: Festival YUL EAT

Festival YUL EAT in collaboration with Breville is the destination of choice for epicureans, gourmets and culinary creativity enthusiasts. It offers a spectacular setting for discovering as well as enjoying food and alcohol prepared by local talents, highlighting Montreal as a gastronomical epicentre. Building on its success while showcasing the city as a major player on the scene, the festival invites patrons to connect with the chefs and artisans, pushing the refined experience to a unique level.
Festival YUL EAT is proud to celebrate 6 years of bringing fans of the culinary arts and local cuisine together, presenting a new concept that will delight food lovers.
STREET CLOSINGS
In order to prepare the site and provide a safe, enjoyable experience for visitors, it will be necessary to prevent vehicles from using certain streets on certain dates:
From Tuesday, Septembre 10 until Tuesday, September 17 :
- Clark Street between De Montigny Street and Maisonneuve Blvd.;
- Maisonneuve Blvd. between Clark Street and Saint-Urbain Street.
SETUP AND TEARDOWN
- Setup will take place Monday, September 9 until Friday, September 13
- Teardown will take place Monday, September 16.
SOUND CHECKS
In order to present high-quality shows, the Festival YUL EAT team will perform sound checks at various times during the period indicated:
- September 13, 14 and 15 from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m.
OUTDOOR SITE SCHEDULE
Activities will be held from:
- September 13 and 14 from noon to 11 p.m.
- September 15 from noon to 8 p.m.

SITE USAGE RULES
To ensure a safe environment for all and to respect obligations related to public gatherings, certain rules must be followed on the outdoor site during event hours.
INFORMATION AND COMMENTS
The event organizers care about the quality of life of local residents and businesspeople, and will strive to minimize any and all potential negative impacts of holding the event in the Quartier.
