Notice to residents and workers in Quartier des Spectacles: PWA’S FRIENDS FOR LIGE BIKE RALLY

The Friends For Life Bike Rally is the Toronto People With AIDS Foundation's sustaining fundraiser. It is a 600 km ride for 245 cyclists from Toronto to Montreal. Place Émilie-Gamelin is our arrival area in our final destination, Montreal.
STREET CLOSINGS
In order to proceed with the development/layout of the site, the smoot running of operations, and provide festival-goers with a festive and safe experience, automobile/vehicular traffic will have to be interrupted on certain streets on August 3.
- Leapfrog closure of streets on René-Lévesque Boulevard and Saint-Hubert Street.
These streets closures would be needed for twenty minutes approximately at 3:30 p.m. on Friday, August 3.
SETUP AND TEARDOWN
Setup will take place on August 3 from 11:30 a.m. to 9 p.m.
Teardown will take place on August 3 from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
SOUND CHECKS
In order to present high-quality shows, the team will perform sound checks on:
- August 3 at 2:30 p.m.
OUTDOOR SITE SCHEDULE
Activities will be held on August 3 from 11:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.
INFORMATION AND COMMENTS
The event organizers care about the quality of life of local residents and businesspeople, and will strive to minimize any and all potential negative impacts of holding the event in the Quartier.
