VÉRONIQUE LÉPINE | SCATTERED OBJECTS
Information on the activity
April 26, 2014 to May 31, 2014
Scattered, because here there are no rules. There is no meaning or nonsense. These scattered episodes present disorder: constituted of several scenes, wherein abstract ceramic forms are spatially treated as if they were part of a painting. Through a melange of materials and themes, the subjects and objects can decrease, multiply, or be in a state of imbalance. What they tend to trace is a reality where the everyday object becomes a trinket, where the invasion of an abundance of objects affects our environment.
