Richard, a young Brazilian circus artist, is thrown out by his adoptive mother and must confront his childhood traumas through a rich and healing quest for identity.

When his adoptive mother kicks him out, Richard's life as a young circus performer begins to unravel. His childhood traumas resurface, forcing him to redefine himself. At 21, he discovers the world and artistic practice of drag, where he looks for peace and fulfillment. In front of Lamia Chraibi's lens, Richard transforms in a vibrant Brazilian favela where young people fight for affirmation and emancipation. This is a poignant tale, filmed as close as possible to the protagonists, in which Richard embarks on a deeply moving quest for identity.
