I Musici de Montréal’s 2024-2025 Season is your invitation to a celestial revelation of nature. A new two-part work, Création, by composer Keiko Devaux (Prix Opus, 2022 Composer of the Year) was commissioned for the occasion. Part 1 speaks of nature’s remarkable resilience in the shadow of light pollution. Cellist Stéphane Tétreault then returns to play Haydn’s Concerto in C major. Finally, the concert concludes in a work that reveals Béla Bartók as one of the indisputable magical musicians of the 20th century.
