IRM/MRI is an immersive audiovisual performance by Bruno Ribeiro, alias Nohista. Referring to the medical imaging technique that allows 2D or 3D views to be obtained of the interior of the human body, the artist's ambition is to transform the Satosphère into a giant scanner. The artist combines filmed images of a dancer with general graphic and sound elements. The show is intended to be a luminous and synesthetic choreography. Playing on the relationships of scales and on the visual and sound immersion permitted by the Satosphère, the spectator will be projected into a sensory performance, in which light becomes an abstract and musical body, vacillating in an unstable universe.
