How do you become a member of the OSM? Jean Gaudreault, the OSM’s director of musical personnel, and musicians of the Orchestra demystify the audition process. They’ll explain a candidate’s experience and share their perspectives, as former candidates and current jury members who select new musicians to join the Orchestra.
