Come spin the Fabuloscopes and see their history come to life!

The Fabuloscopes are mechanisms inspired by Zoetropes and Praxinoscopes, 19th-century toys that allowed people to understand animated images. Modern technology has been used to update the mechanical and optical features. Visitors are invited to spin the wheel by themselves or with the help of others. Once the wheel has been set in motion, the sequence of images turns into a fluid animation thanks to the luminous effect of the stroboscope. Inspired by popular tales and fables, these installations have been given a modern twist to reflect contemporary values.
