CARTE BLANCHE COLORÉE PAR ISABELLE BOULAY

Following a successful first edition, the Carte blanche colorée par series, created by Monique Giroux and produced by Place des Arts, returns to the Cinquième Salle for a second chapter this fall.

None other than Isabelle Boulay is being given the last “carte blanche” in the series! A fabulous, deeply sensitive, and genuine performer who has won accolades in Quebec and overseas, she will delight audiences in the intimate setting of the Cinquième Salle, slowly revealing her true colours over the course of an evening that promises to be quite memorable.

And, as with other key guests in the series, Monique Giroux has set out a few guidelines, bring along an artist friend, someone close, sing a song of jealousy that she would have wanted to write, feature a noteworthy LP cut... to help steer the singer as she puts together her “carte blanche.” A unique concert, showcasing the vibrant colours of Isabelle Boulay, one of our greatest homegrown artists, who has sold over four million albums!
