From October 28 to December 11, 2021.

Starting from his own perspective and personal history, Roberto Santaguida engages himself in a new approach that provoke inquiry into the construction of identity as he creates a pilgrimage to his past. With the exhibition “Bossburg,” he always seeks to re-tell stories, re-write history, re-present experience, and, in so doing, transform the autobiographical into the universal.

The artwork takes the form of a collaborative documentary installation with a group of southwestern Quebec who identify as neurodivergent who had access to video recording devices and have recorded testimonials on the ideas and topics that concern them.

This documentary project, which reflects a form that is alive and evolving, thwarting our expectations of what a documentary could be, both formally and thematically. Incorporated into a constantly evolving installation, the videos are shown on multiple synchronized projection screens and create a never-ending web of stories.
