On the occasion of the commemoration of German reunification on October 3, FIFA and the Goethe-Institut Montréal are pleased to present Tom Ehrhadt’s documentary “Der Vergessene Schatz (The Forgotten Treasure),” which brilliantly highlights the audacity of artists who fought to work freely at a time when art was ruled by the socialist realist movement, under the yoke of the GDR government.
