LITERARY PRIDE | LE CABARET LITTÉRAIRE : « LES MOTS QUI DÉMASQUENT »

Fierté littéraire, whose slogan is “Let's celebrate our queer literature and its authors,” is a not for profit organisation since April 2019 but it has been active since 2012. Fierté littéraire exposes our 2SLGBTQIA literature not only to our communities but to the rest of the people. We stand affirmatively for our literature and our authors.

The theme of our 10th edition is “Les mots qui démasquent” or “Words that Unmask” and is a reference to the emancipation of 2SLGBTQIA persons and well as to the pandemic we have lived with over the past year.

We made a call for contributions under the same theme. As in 2020, we will be offering a Grand Prize of $1,000. to be awarded to one of six finalists. This will be determined by our three-member jury. The Award ceremony will take place during the Literary Cabaret hosted by Barbada. The selected contributions will be included in a volume to be published by Les Éditions TNT (their sponsorship).
