Kim O’Bomsawin’s approach is centred on Indigenous peoples, through films such as Ce silence qui tue (Quiet Killing), about missing and murdered Indigenous women, and Je m’appelle humain (Call Me Human), about the world of poet Joséphine Bacon.
Since 2014, the talented and versatile Abenaki filmmaker has been making powerful works that go straight to the heart of Indigenous issues.
She takes an interest in all facets of the human condition, and also uses her talents as a producer for the Terre Innue production company.
