ATELIER DE DANSE TOUT PUBLIC | AVEC LA COMPAGNIE HERVÉ KOUBI

A unique opportunity to discover the work of Compagnie Hervé Koubi.

This online workshop will be given by Guillaume Gabriel, the co-founder of the company.
During the workshop, Guillaume will share some of the fundamental principles of Koubi’s choreographic practice, such as the notion of weight, our relationship to the ground, and range of movement.
Through barre exercises (a chair backrest can be used), Guillaume will approach the notion of individual body awareness and alignment work. Individual sensation and perception will be explored to give participants “focal points” that they can then appropriate and develop in their own dance.

The dance workshop will be given online, via Zoom.
