For its third season, the OFBM has invited Jean-Claude Picard to lead Quebec's prestigious musical talents. Jean-Claude Picard is the Artistic Director and principal conductor of the Orchestre symphonique de Trois-Rivières, succeeding Jacques Lacombe. He began his career as Assistant Conductor of the Royal Scottish National Orchestra. Two years later, the RSNO announced his promotion to Associate Conductor, reflecting the precision of his work and the significant link he established with the musicians.
