Voyage Funktastique

Voyage Funktastique is a radio show, a label, a monthly night, dedicated to Modern/Boogie Funk. Based out of Montreal, Canada, Walla P & Dr.MaD founded Voyage Funktastique in 2013, and have since then, performed in Los Angeles, New York, Chicago, Paris ,Berlin, Amsterdam, Lyon, Nantes, Copenhagen, Brussels, Zagreb, Milan, Marseille, Montpellier, Frankfurt,Toronto, Mexico City and shared the stage with Kaytranada, Pomo, Onra, Peanut Butter Wolf & DâM-FunK. They also performed on Boiler Room, and festivals such as Lost Village, Osheaga, Igloofest, Piknic Electronik, M For Monteal, POP Montreal, MEG Festival and Montreal International Jazz Festival. The radio show, hosted by Walla P, airs every 2 Wednesdays, and is presented by Music Is My Sanctuary. The monthly night is held at Le Belmont; it is considered as one of the most busiest & animated night in the city. The label has 4 vinyl releases, and is distributed in partnership with Bastard Jazz Records.
