To mark their 10th anniversary, the Francbâtards have brought out a new EP, Karné. “The album is part of a roots and reggae tendency, organic and anti-globalist, that is expressed in several languages but especially in the language of the heart and the mind” (Daily Rock, 2020). Reminiscent of the tempestuous era of Les Colocs and the Chango Family, the rich, blended music of the Francbâtards creates a stir and gets people thinking by displaying the splendour of diversity brilliantly, festively and without inhibition in joyful madness.
