L'ENFANT TERRITOIRE

This year we encourage you to discover the work of multidisciplinary artist Charles Buckell-Robertson. His short performance piece L’Enfant territoire features puppets, and was inspired by testimonials made by those who had experienced the abuses of the Native residential school system. It is a tribute to the survival and strength of a people too often oppressed. Echoing this piece is another by the multidisciplinary artist Sylvain Rivard, who will be offering night revellers two interactive performances, L’Esprit du Bingo and Robe de chasse. A night highlighting First Nations arts and cultures.
