Will Prosper follows Alain Philoctète, a Montreal artist and researcher of Haitian origin who, despite a cancer diagnosis, hopes to return to Haiti to launch a permaculture project. Documenting his journey, which takes Philoctète to Haiti and back to Quebec, where he must deal with his illness, this intimate, deeply humanist documentary reveals the extraordinary dedication of a man driven by his passion for passing knowledge to others. Featuring a soundtrack by composer Jenny Salgado, this is a story of resilience and victory.
