LE VENT DU WYOMING
Information on the activity
Dates to come
A charismatic French writer passing through Montreal, a young female student who idolizes him, her shrewish mother, a discarded husband and a good-natured boxer make up the highly colourful cast of characters gravitating around Léa, a teenage girl whose boyfriend has taken up with her mother Lizette. The story of a romantic rivalry between a matriarch and her two daughters that leads to betrayals and disappointments, The Wind from Wyoming is Forcier at his best: delightfully absurd interactions between hilariously oddball characters, deep empathy with his actors and a sweetly nutty visual poetry.
